Hello,
I have just returned from an All-Inclusive stay at your resort from November 11th-18th, 2006. Not only did the Resort "Keep the Promise" - the staff and amenities exceeded my expectations. Fabulous dining, impeccable, attentive, yet non-intrusive extra-ordinary service! I would not hesitate to highly recommend the Villa Premiere to my family, friends and colleagues. I have been to Puerto Vallarta over 11 times and this was by far the most wonderful experience ever!!! The Villa Premiere outshines and rises above all others in Puerto Vallarta! Tranquil, relaxing, refined and superior! Topnotch all the way!!!
With Many Thanks!

We stayed in Rm 2116 at your lovely hotel October 7 through October 14th. In short, it was the best vacation we've ever had!
Your hotel is gorgeous and your staff is incomparable. The efficiency, friendliness and courtesy of all members at every level is just exceptional.
Thank you again, we've never felt so welcome and pampered. You can be assured we'll be back again at our earliest opportunity.
Sincerely,
Fred and Dianne Eakins |

The Villa Premiere is quite simply the best resort find ever.
I have vacationed at the Four Seasons, Bellagio, Ritz Carltons, Fairmounts, the Westins, the W's, JW Marriots, tons of boutique hotels across the country, Sandals, and pretty much everything else in between, and if you give me a choice then I am headed back here over all of them.
Let me say that I seriously thought about not writing this review, because I am a bit selfish and I want to make very sure that the Villa Premiere will always have a room available for me. I don't want it discovered, mobbed, and the price to shoot skyward - which in all honesty it probably should (I'll keep my fingers crossed).
The Villa Premiere is quite simply, the best bang for the buck anywhere that I have found. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, they will bring you as many poolside Tequila Sunrises with extra shots of Don Julio as you can drink, the three restaurants have fabulous menus, the room was beautiful with marble floors and a two-person jacuzzi tub with an ocean view, the spa and gym are top quality, waiters will bring and the chef will cook whatever you want to eat even if it is not on the menu, there is tableside chef cooking, dance shows, beachfront tables, 24 hour room service and more - and each and every staff member greets you with a smile and a hope that they can do something that day to make your experience even more enjoyable. Stayed for a week this time and wanted more. A lot more. I think 10 days would be about perfect.
The poolside cabanas were my home away from home, and every time I was finishing the last drops of my drink one of the first-name basis waiters would materialize and ask me what I would like next. I tipped well and enjoyed being able to do that for the staff (it is not required) and they were personally appreciative each time. If you are too lazy to actually get up and stagger over to the outdoor beachfront restaurant for lunch, they will happily bring the food to you at the pool.
It is a small resort (about 80 rooms) with a fabulous staff-to-guest ratio. It's a beautiful and personal experience because it is private and small - all the staff knows exactly who you are, unlike larger resorts, so bring some personality and charm with you and you will have the time of your life. Yes, it is Mexican five-star, which is not quite like US five-star, but that is completely beside the point. There are no kids, no beer-chugging teenagers, no obnoxiously loud music, but there are a lot of other fun couples if you like to socialize and discuss how amazing the resort is, and the staff become your friends as well.
And oh yes, you have to (HAVE TO!) choose the all-inclusive, because you will eat and drink so much you would otherwise bankrupt yourself. Or at least I would. I believe the secret here is that all the restaurants are open for cash business as well, so the quality of the food remains impeccable, unlike most all-inclusives where the food becomes commercialized and buffet-bland.
There are more than enough other activities off-site if you choose, and downtown PV (the Malecon) is a few minutes of walking away. I did them all my last trip, and this time I chose to relish every minute at Villa Premiere. There was no need to go anywhere else.
At this point, I have to recognize a fellow traveler's note about the Villa Premiere - because his evaluation is so perfectly stated. "In reading other reviews we have noticed some folks complaining about somewhat miniscule issues. There is in reality literally nothing to complain about at this hotel. Those who complain are most likelly never satisfied with anything they experience in their lives. Visit this hotel and you will have the time of your life and never stay anywhere else in this town." I agree wholeheartedly and hope that those aforementioned people do not bother to return either.
Mucho thanks to Mario, Omar, Juan Eduardo, and everyone else who did their best to make our stay amazing. How often do you note staff by name at a resort... We will be going back at the next opportunity and continue to do so for as long as possible.

I'd never been to
Mexico before but was anxious to see this "Villa
Premier" Resort. Sounded nice. wow. What a fabulous
experience. We always stay at first class hotels and
resorts wherever we go (Hawaii, Virgin Islands, New
York, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas...you name it).
This resort is the BEST.
First class in every way. Service, 4 star restaurants
(take the all-inclusive plan!), all rooms face ocean,
2 pools to die for, private pool cabanas with linen
sheets changed daily (and reserved for you at no charge)and
the wait staff is at your beck and call every minute
of the day and night. The bar even stayed open late
for us because we came in at closing time! Amazing!
They treat you like you're the Royal Family! You just
won't want to go home. And you walk to town (just 2
blocks). Everyone is so nice to the Americans. Our suite
was top notch and everything I expected. If you are
travelling with children, their sister hotel next door
is "kid friendly"...but not this one.
I had never been to an "adults only" resort
and, actually, it was kind of a nice change! With the
all-inclusive plan, you can eat at either hotel but
the one next door, although very good food and nice
staff, doesn't compare to the Villa Premier. We're going
back next month. If you're going to Puerto Vallarta
(and why wouldn't you?)....STAY HERE!!

Hello Emigdio,
I had a wonderful stay this past weekend at Villa Premiere!
My cousin and her guests enjoyed the wedding on the
property and many commented on the wonderful service
they received at the hotel. Carlos was absolutely wonderful
for Cheri to work with in coordinating things!
Warm regards,
Rebie

Mr. Milojevic
I wanted to thank you for the great time I had while
staying at The Premiere. I am a repeat customer and
it keeps getting better. I have my own business here
in Seattle and I need to get away and unwind every once
in awhile and the Premiere is the perfect place. I apologize
for not filling out the questionnaire and the end of
my stay. I actually filled it out but forgot to turn
it in. Anyway, I have family in Guadalajara and I usually
come to Puerta Vallarta to get away. Your staff is always
very friendly and accommodating. I appear Caucasian
but I’m actually Hispanic and I appreciate the
fact that the resort has the feel and charm of Mexico.
I usually come and stay at the hotel by myself and it’s
been perfect. The location is great, it’s close
to everything. You have created a setting where all
types of people from all walks can come and relax. The
dinner shows that you folks are doing are very cool
as well. I will be back next winter and definitely plan
on staying at the Premiere.
If you would like me to write a more detailed review
or comment I would be happy to. Thank again. |

Villa Premiere was
more than we thought it would be. Everyone there, especially
the concierge, was so happy and helpful to us. The rooms
were very clean, we had a honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi
on the balcony, which we used every evening at sunset,
loved it and missed that when we got back home. The
food was excellent, drinks were delicious. This hotel
is small and geared for those couples wanting to just
relax. Not a party atmosphere for sure. We loved it
and fit us to 'T.' Elegant lounging on the beach or
palapa beds, pool lounges were so comfortable, we fell
asleep everytime we layed on them. Beautiful hotel and
would highly recommend to those wanting to relax without
a busy party atmosphere, and wanting pampering. Their
spa was excellent as well. Location is super, right
near malecon and downtown shops/restaurants. I already
told my husband we have to go back again soon, and it
will be Villa Premiere! |

My husband and I went
here for our anniversary and loved it. We have traveled
quite a bit and this was the most amazing place - very
reasonably priced for what we got. We are in our 30's
but are not into the party atmosphere. We just wanted
to relax and enjoy some time together. The resort was
not too crowded and you never needed a reservation at
the restaurants. The room was nice & clean but nothing
fancy. The a/c was cold, the water hot and the bed comfy.
What else do you need? We didn't spend much time in
the room. The balcony view of the ocean was beautiful.
The pool atmosphere was very tranquil and there was
a harpist playing by the pool. The chairs were very
comfy and there were always clean towels.
The food was 1st class like you would get at
a top gourmet restaurant. One night I wanted something
chocolate for dessert but there was nothing chocolate
on the menu that night (menu changes). I mentioned it
to the waiter and he said "no problem" and
came back with a chocolate dessert that the chef put
together for me. It was great! It's a far cry from the
over-warmed buffets at most all-inclusives.
We each had a massage in the spa which was great. The
price was comparable to what I pay in Atlanta.
Instead of the party scene, we explored the city when
we needed a break from the pool/beach. We walked down
the Malecon, shopped in the market, stopped in a small
tequila bar for some wonderful margaritas and tacos
(Casa del Tequila - Hard to find but you must go!!)
The resort wasn't stuffy at all as another person wrote
in their review. It was a more mature atmosphere very
condusive for relaxing. If you're into partying, stay
next door at the sister property. This place is for
relaxing. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
I can't say enough good things. A++++++ |
